The hotel had a chemical smell in the rooms and did not match the online pictures, but the service was excellent with helpful staff. The location was convenient next to the metro station, but the dining options were unimpressive with limited varieties.

The hotel offers a big and comfy room, albeit a bit dated, dusty, and with a distinct smell of old furniture. The service is friendly and helpful, though there could be more thorough cleaning in the rooms. The location is excellent near the Saad bin Abi Waqaas Mosque and subway, but the size may feel inadequate for a large hotel. The dining options are varied and good, with a mix of Western and Chinese styles. Overall, a decent value for the money with some room for improvement.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed with a wonderful Chinese twist, and come with an impressive large HD TV. The mattress was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. However, facing the pool area helped avoid any potential disturbances. The service was exceptional, with a super friendly and English-speaking front desk staff, always willing to help, which was greatly appreciated due to our late arrival. The location was superb, right next to the metro and coach station to Hong Kong, making it incredibly convenient. However, there was a slight issue with a musty smell during rainy days, possibly due to leakage, which was a minor downside. The dining options were quite varied and delicious, especially the European food selection, although not as plentiful as expected. Overall, a fantastic experience with clean, spacious rooms and excellent service.

The location is great, especially for business travelers, being near the metro and coach stations to Hong Kong and the city center. The dining experience may not be impressive for some but does offer a wide selection. Overall, a convenient choice near key attractions.

The service, especially from Peter, was amazing, and the staff was always ready to assist with any issues. The location was convenient, near the subway and some attractions, although the smell from the rains was a downside. The dining experience was good with a wide selection, and the facilities met my expectations.
